If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account. BetNano reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.
The following terms carry the meanings set out below when used throughout this Agreement:

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which BetNano confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership as required by its licensing obligations. |

To be eligible to open and maintain a BetNano account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
To register a BetNano account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.
BetNano is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its KYC obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved: a valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method you intend to use. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the restriction of withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. BetNano will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify BetNano immediately via the contact details in Section 16.
The creation of more than one account per player — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where BetNano identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
Your use of the BetNano Platform is subject to the following conditions of use, which apply at all times:
BetNano accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following locally recognised payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and GrabPay. BetNano reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be disclosed within the Account section of the Platform. Gold-tier loyalty members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and expedited processing.
Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals — where funds are sent to an account not registered in the player's name — are strictly prohibited. BetNano may require a player to complete or update their KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal request.
BetNano aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 3–10 minutes for standard payment methods during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required. BetNano is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
BetNano offers a range of promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. The following general rules apply to all BetNano promotions:
All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. Players should verify all bet details — including selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. BetNano will not void or amend a confirmed bet on the basis of player error except in circumstances described under Section 8.3.
BetNano publishes odds for pre-match and in-play markets across football (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), UFC, basketball, tennis, esports, and other sports. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are those that will apply to the bet.
BetNano reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; (b) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the published odds or market; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. In the case of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are published within the relevant market or available upon request to customer support. BetNano reserves the right to apply individual account payout limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BetNano Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
BetNano reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; breach of these Terms; or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting BetNano customer support. Closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via a verified payment method, subject to the fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons may do so through the Responsible Gambling section of their account settings. All content on the BetNano Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content") — is the exclusive property of BetNano or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of BetNano.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetNano and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit BetNano's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under BetNano's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral body designated under BetNano's governing licence.
In the first instance, any complaint or dispute should be directed to BetNano's customer support team using the contact details in Section 16. BetNano will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If you remain dissatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint through the formal dispute resolution process outlined in the licence framework governing BetNano's operations.
BetNano reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to fee structures, eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions, or dispute resolution processes — BetNano will provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification or email to the address registered on your account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
